A) All EC and CC members are encouraged to attend all meetings of DOGANA sub committees (exception : Endow, E&G, E&N, Finance Committee and BOT only assigned members can attend) CC meets first Sunday of every month

B) All committees have a Liaison from Central Council who is responsible for communication between Central Council and respective Committee

C) Every committee's chair from previous yr. is requested to continue on as a member of this yr. committee so that continuation is maintained with exceptions as above

D) All committees are expected to meet at least quarterly on a tele conference and Chair is responsible for submitting a written report to President or Secretary Central Council every month prior to CC meeting

E) Each committee comprises of a Liaison from Central Council who is responsible for communication between Central Council and the Committee, a Chair, Co Chair,Co Chair, Member 1, Member 2, Member 3, Member 4, Member 5 ………
