DOGANA or Dow Graduate Association of North America is the alumni organization of Dowites residing in North American Continent. Formed in 1981, it has a large current active membership of Dowites. The association is governed by its constitution and bylaws passed by the annual general body of the association. The leadership is democratically elected annually in the summer meeting and is responsible for the overseeing the association affairs and events.
All Dow Alumni living in North America are encouraged to be active participants of the association and advance the cause of the association.
